The Role

You will be working with an international client base on complex mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. You will receive excellent mentoring in this role as well as the opportunity to further develop as a top class business lawyer through a well devised learning and development programme for newly qualified lawyers up to Senior Associate level.

The Person

• You are a qualified Solicitor from a top tier or medium sized firm in Dublin or London
• Have excellent corporate experience and technical skills
• Have a strong academic track record
• You are analytical and detail focused with strong commercial awareness
• Are a team player and collaborative
• Are a good communicator and have excellent client facing skills
